The pathology department of Jam Hospital is located in the basement. Jam Hospital Pathobiology Laboratory was established in 1970. In 2011, the laboratory building was expanded, and in 2015, the pathology unit was added to Jam Hospital Laboratory. Jam Hospital Pathobiology Laboratory is proud to perform the tests of dear patients with quality as soon as possible.

In this department, all tissue samples and body fluids are accepted, and histopathology, cytology, immunohistochemistry (IHC) special stains and molecular tests on tissue samples, as well as frozen section or pathology consultation during surgery are performed. A pathologist is present in the center every day and answers are provided as soon as possible.
